Surple supports sub-meter connections. If your building has had sub-meters installed, we may be able to connect this data to the platform.
Please get in touch to request a sub-meter connection. We may require some information from you, including:
- A signed letter of authorisation (LOA)
- The unique meter identifiers
- The company that installed or manages the meters
Obtaining and automating the import of your sub-meter data into Surple relies on the holder of the data. This process is typically quick but can sometimes take up to a few weeks. We do everything we can to make this process as speedy as possible and will always keep you informed of the timescales involved.
