Sometimes you may be looking at an energy chart and won't see your expected energy consumption. This happens because occasionally, the model that calculates the data can fail to resolve.
The model can fail to resolve when there has been a significant change in the energy consumption pattern for a particular meter. In 99% of cases, this is the reason for the model failing to resolve.
